The Insulation Piercing Connector is made of UV resistant plastic processed by injection technology, the contact plate can be made by aluminum alloy or cooper plate. Stainless steel bolt and aluminum shear head and washer are weather proof which guarantee long time usage. It’s appreciate for both aluminum cable or copper cables.
The operation of this IPC insulation piercing clamp is very easy. Insert proper main cable and branch cable in its position, and tightening the torque nut by socket wrench. The contact plate made a tight contact when the bolts are tightened until the heads shear off.
