Electrophoretic paint banding buckle can be made of different stainless steel grades, such as 201, 202, 304 or 316 according to customers’ requirements. The processing method is based on punching technology which is available in jera workshop.
Compare to common banding buckle the surface of this painting band buckles is proceed with black electrophoretic paint finish, which will provide more protection to buckle from the damage caused by long-term exposure in hostile environment.
APPLICATION
This 3/4″ stainless steel clips has two “ears”, ear-lokt style prevent the buckle from flexion after installation. It can guarantee extra extended service life, and attaching under significant mechanical loads.
