1. Medium Voltage Insulation Piercing Connectors (MV IPCs)
Jera Line produce one and two bolts MV insulation piercing connectors of common size 35-185/35-185, and 70-240/70-240, the products are tested in Jera Line in house laboratory according to EN-50483 and NFC-33-020 reference, to ensure safe and waterproof connections, the installation without stripping cable insulation.

2. MV Tension and Suspension Clamps up to 36KV
Jera Line produce MV clamps to anchor or suspend MV ABC (Aerial Bundled Cables). It provides strain relief and minimize cable sag or movement due to wind and mechanical load.
The material are made of weather-resistant aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and UV-resistant polymers, high mechanical strength and tension load.
3. HDPE Insulators and Cable Spacers
The HDPE insulator and MV cable spacers are made of high-density Polyethylene, used for MV cable support and insulation from poles or brackets.
Key features:Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and resistant to UV and harsh climates. Suitable for live-line installations.
4. MV Insulator ties up to 36KV
Insulation coated ties Galvanized steel guy wires with polymer coating, it’s used for pole support and mechanical stability in MV lines.
