Our horizontal mechanical strength machine is designed for high-precision testing of various materials and components, including insulators, cables, connectors, and structural elements. Testing Process

Specimens are prepared according to relevant standards or client specifications.

The sample is securely mounted between the movable and fixed grips of the machine. The grip configuration depends on the test type (tensile, compression, shear, etc.).

The machine applies force gradually, controlled via hydraulic or servo-electrical systems, until the specimen reaches specified load, deformation, or failure point.

Force and displacement are continuously recorded via integrated sensors and data acquisition systems for real-time analysis.

The test results include maximum load, elongation, deformation, and failure mode, which are analyzed against relevant standards.
