Application

Mechanical Shreahead Electrical Cable Lug CLB-Vy-2-25-50, also called Sheadhead bolt mechanical lug, it is used for termination cables to electrical equipment under voltage 1KV. It’s suitable for both aluminum electrical cable during power line constructions.

• Electrical installation and Distribution systems:

• Cable connections to terminals, switches, or other electrical components, ensuring a safe and durable connection in the electrical system.

Components and Materials

Mechanical termination Lug, CLB-Vy-2-25-50 is produced by a direct factory location in China -- Jera Line, and it is also under Research and Design RnD by Jera Line, Shear-off-head bolts lugs and electrical cables jointing process does not require the compression tool with exact size. All required tension force is achieved by shearing off the head of bolt by hex key, which tighten the bolt.
