1. Shear bolt mechanical cable lugs (CLB Series)
Jera Line’s CLB series uses a shear-head bolt technology, which ensures correct tightening torque every time. Once the predefined torque is reached, the bolt head shears off automatically, eliminating the risk of under- or over-tightening and ensuring stable electrical and mechanical performance.
2. Mechanical Shear-off bolt connectors (CCB Series)
The CCB series utilize integrated shear-head bolt technology, which ensures that the correct tightening torque is always applied. When the predefined torque is reached, the bolt head automatically shears off, eliminating the risk of under-tightening or over-tightening and ensuring stable mechanical strength and low electrical contact resistance.
