Jera Line’s internal laboratory is able to conduct self-testing for Stainless Steel Binding Strips, which includes:
1.Band dimension
2.Chemical component test
testing equipment:Metal Spectrometer XRF VATANA.
3.Tensile strength and elongation test
Testing Machine: ZD-5
Test scope: Cut a section of stainless steel band, clamp both ends with tensile testing machine, and gradually increase the force until the band breaks, record the maximum force value.
