SPECIFICATION

This banding tool mbt-004 is made of stainless steel and galvanized steel which provide good mechanical strength and weather resistance. The operations of cutting, tension,banding can be done with spin tension handle, spring-loaded gripper and cutter.
Operation Instructions:
Step 1: Choose a suitable stainless steel band and buckle, slide the band through the buckle, obligate 4cm length as picture.
Step 2: Bend the obligated 5cm length band in the step 1, to fasten stainless steel buckle.
Step 3: When you are tightening, thread the other end of band as the photo shown, and obligate at least 10cm length to prepare stainless steel strapping tool using.
Step 4: Hole tool with your left hand line up the slots in the nose and ratchet so they are on a straight line. Insert the band and hold short handle, push long handle forward in full arc to tighten the band.
Step 5: When the band is tightened, turn over the banding tool in reverse direction. Then pull the handle of the blade to cut the band.
Step 6: Hammer the two ear of buckle flat to stick the last reservation tie head.
