SPECIFICATION

Tension clamp body is made of corrosion resistant aluminum alloy, done by casting technology, that guarantee its high strength characteristics, to withhold the static or dynamic loads. Hardware are hot dip galvanized steel.
In pistol grip clamp is applied close-pin solution, which eliminates the risk of failure of high voltage electric power transmission line from wind movement, vibrations. The covered cable has to be peeled off before installation.
Jera line is able to produce other pistol grip, insulation piercing connectors, tension and suspension fittings, and pole line hardware for 6-35 kV electrical power lines, according to customers’ drawings and special requirements.
APPLICATION
Typical line hardware system is applied by using dead end strain clamp, socket eye, socket clevis, U-bolt, link single plate, link fitting, anchor shackles, which are available in Jera high voltage accessories product case. All the assembly of link fitting passed temperature cycling and aging tests, corrosion resistance test, tension test.
