Among the various components utilized in cable connections, insulation piercing connectors (IPCs) are crucial for their capacity to establish secure connections without stripping the insulation off cables.
The IPC TTD051FJ2TA is designed for connecting main cables (16-95mm²) with branch cables (1.5-10mm²), suitable for low-voltage distribution lines.
As a leading manufacturer, Jera Line developed and produced a full range of insulation piercing connectors (IPCs). Jera Line’s ZOP-45 and ZOP-45P deliver the same functionality as TTD051FJ2TA.

As a direct factory located in China, Jera Line produces IPCs for different sizes and applications, with the following advantages:
Jera Line manufactures IPCs in its own factory, which spans over 5,000 square meters. The facility includes: a plastic injection moulding workshop, a moulding and tooling workshop, a press forming workshop, an assembly workshop, and a dedicated warehouse.
With the elimination of middleman, Jera Line is able to offer a competitive price.
Jera Line is leveraging a contemporary administrative strategy to develop an optimal internal corporate network and personnel structure, supported by clear decision-making protocols that streamline and enhance the production process. For the technology and machining process, we are trying to integrate everything inline for the production of finished products, without excessive handling of semi-finished products.
Not only has it passed the third-party test conducted by an independent laboratory, but Jera Line has also established its own in-house laboratory.
For IPCs, the laboratory can conduct short - circuit overcurrent test to assess thermal stability, mechanical strength, and electrical continuity when they undergo short-term overcurrents during a short-circuit fault.
And temperature & humidity aging tests are conducted to assess the durability under high or low temperatures and humidity environments.
Jera Line was established in 2012 and began its foreign trade operations in 2017. With customers from over 30 countries worldwide, Jera Line’s products meet international standards and are highly regarded in various markets.
Jera Line offers customers professional, tailored advice and comprehensive guidance throughout their project lifecycle. This enhances clients’ competitiveness and ultimately secures successful project wins.
With over a decade of expertise in low-voltage and medium-voltage cable line connections, Jera Line has honed its focus on crafting Class A1 insulation piercing connectors. When it comes to selecting an IPC supplier, partnering with Jera Line proves to be a strategic and reliable decision.
