Test scope: Buckle intalled with stainless steel band on steel pole
and apply tension load on band. The test imitate the real usage of clamp during outdoor
application. After the required tensile load was reached buckle should not break or deformation.

When the tensile load was reached 7.0KN, buckle did not show any
deformation or damage. After the tensile load was reached 7.43KN, the band broken but the buckle
still showed no deformation.
